The prices displayed are prices including all taxes. The French VAT is included.
If you reside in the European Union (excluding Switzerland), the prices include VAT, including for deliveries, but you will not pay import fees.
If you live in the rest of the world (including Switzerland). The prices applicable to your purchases are free of tax, including for deliveries, even if they can be displayed with VAT fee on the site (in this case the VAT will be deducted when ordering). However, you may have additional costs when importing. For more information, please contact the customs service of your country.
Here is a brief overview of the warranties applicable to our products.
Duration of the applicable warranty by model :
- MAGMA DH: Warranty 5 years
- PLASMA EN : Warranty 5 years
- All other frames: Warranty 6 years
Excluded from these durations are wear parts such as assembly screws, bearings, frame accessories, as well as paint and finishes. All these elements are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.
The duration of the present warranty applies to the first as well as to the second buyer (in case of resale).

- We will not be held responsible for damages caused on our products, external elements, or people, due to a misuse of the product, or going out of the framework of the applicable warranty.
- We are not responsible for warranties on components installed on our bicycles from other suppliers. For any warranty claims on these components, you should contact the manufacturer in question.

Ordering a Vulcain bike or frame is very simple and straightforward :
- On the product pages, you can select an order form, either for the frame and a custom build, or for a complete bike. You will then need to fill this order form by following the displayed steps. Fill in as much as possible, it will be faster for the following steps.
- We will contact you to confirm together your different wishes, and we will give you a detailed quotation.
- Sign the quote and return it to us at "commande@vulcain-cycles.fr". A deposit could be ask at this step in order to secure the production and to place your order in our manufacturing schedule.
- You will be aware each time your order is updated, during the manufacturing process, and once the bike or frame is finished.
- The total remaining payment will be requested before delivery or pick-up at the workshop.
After that, all you will have to do is to go riding, and enjoy your Vulcain bike!
We try to organize as soon as possible some test session during the summer season, in the French mountain stations. You will have the possibility to test a bike during half a day or more, and we will be there to advise you and inform you as much as possible.

In the case of an order for a frame or a bike following a quotation, we will propose a payment by :

Due to the small company that is VULCAIN CYCLES, the manufacturing time of our frames is variable, and can go, as an indication, from 8 to 16 weeks of manufacturing. We will inform you of the exact time required when you confirm your order. We invite you to contact us for more information.
The delivery of your bicycles or products from the shop is assured by our transport partners. You can also come and collect your orders from our workshop free of charge.
- Deliveries in France are generally between 2 and 7 days.
- Deliveries for the rest of the world are very variable and the delivery times are communicated to you case by case.
